This edge trimmer is a handtool for neat removal of projecting lippings of plastic edgebandings. It is equipped with a high quality HSS-steel blade (3 mm thick, 18 % tungsten) with two cutting edges operating both forwards and backwards. Before the blade has to be resharpened it can be laterally shifted for more efficient use. An adjustable guide fence guarantees precise cutting and safely prevents cutting too deep into the edge. The fence allows a square cut or chamfers up to 45deg - both angle and thickness of the chamfer are adjustable. A pleasant and handy knob made of hornbeam facilitates precise guidance during the cutting operation.
